my energy drained
I’m empty body and soul
it’s sad in my bones

- as our government and police forces continue to fail us and the way forward grows dim, I find I can’t move today or choose one thing over another. Social media as our land of contention, I tune out and then feel so badly about doing so. I need to do something different.
