And one year ago today we left Germany for England to visit with Linda and Tom in Brighton. In not much more than 36 hours we walked through this stunning sunbaked town in white, visited funky shops that Linda knew would be right up my alley, stopped at the outrageous Brighton Pavilion, had lunch with Linda in the park, sat on the ocean before dinner, drank some whiskey before enjoying Tom’s abundant and delicious curry spread, and then walked across the impossibly green Downs. Another memory to treasure forever and another home to be envious of!
