Creative Invasion

Proud of the funny kitchen garden fence we made out of our ginormous, invasive bamboo patch. Found just enough oldies that were wide enough around to pound over our metal stake posts. The long side was tricky. I could not always alternate my weave pattern as the sticks were a little too thick to bend backwards a 5th time, but I don’t care and probably no one will much notice. We will see if it lasts more than a coupla years. At least we’ll never run out of replacement material! Now to come up with an idea for a gate. If only we could reduce and reuse all the damn poison ivy vines popping up all over the dang place!
