Some Things are Heavier than Other Things - We mark our freezer containers with whatever tape we have around and a sharpie. Tonight we thought we had discovered a DREAM - some leftover Indian!!! But dagnabit it was just an old piece of tape left on the lid out of sheer laziness. Which sucked cos we were feeling really, really, REALLY f’n lazy. Sigh. My big ole Dutch Oven never felt so heavy as I pulled it out of the cabinet. At least we had everything we needed to make a new batch and fill that freezer back up.
