On this, the coldest day of the year so far, I directed a photo shoot for one of my clients at a spectacular home. The photographer noted that these “fancy houses” seem to get more and more over the top every year. The good news in this home, unlike so many others, is that the architect and builder hired some of the most incredible craftspeople to create amazing works of art throughout its construction. At least this wealthy couple has incredible taste and a seeming willingness to wait for quality. Oh, and all of the rooms are human scale…and it’s geothermal powered. So, I could easily scoff on one side, but really…today was a treat.

On this, the coldest day of the year so far, I directed a photo shoot for one of my clients at a spectacular home. The photographer noted that these “fancy houses” seem to get more and more over the top every year.
